New York Supreme Court urged to drop AG’s lawsuit against major payment platform

Several national banks have filed a brief advising the New York Supreme Court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James against Early Warning Services, the company that operates the electronic payment platform Zelle, for allegedly failing to properly protect users from fraud.
