Jaime Johnson, director of WFG Agent 3.0, believes that amazing things can happen when inspiration informs action. She demonstrated this by founding WFG’s Women at the (Closing) Table group.
She credits the Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS), hosted by October Research, with providing the creative spark for her to take action. While speaking with Keys to Real Estate podcast host and October Research Chief Knowledge Officer Mary Schuster, Johnson described the impact her WLS experience had on her view of women in leadership within the title industry.
“I had no idea how much I needed this,” Johnson said. “I had no idea how much other women in the industry needed something like this – this sense of community – and how isolated some people are feeling just in their day-to-day life. The most impactful thing is how women are coming together to support each other. I’m thrilled to see the different women-driven groups that are coming up for our industry and I encourage people to join.”
