Heidi K. Minyen is the eClosing Coordination Manager recruited a year and half ago by Ravenswood Title seeking her unique combination of title and technology expertise—from mobile app development to requirements gathering to support and contracts to escrow operations. Ravenswood Title is an industry leader in the eClose space with over 2500 eNote transaction in 2021 and has built in a customer service and technology support organization to grow their eClose business.
Heidi currently resides in Austin, Texas. She is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada and in her personal time she enjoys seeking out new adventures and opportunities on both sides of the boarder.

Whitney Vogt
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Guaranteed Rate
Whitney joined Guaranteed Rate in 2017 to lead strategic programs and projects. One of her primary initiatives is the implementation of hybrid and full eClose products across all GR companies nationally. She is also the program administrator for GR’s national mortgage sales training program (excelRate) focused on training the next generation of Loan Originators.
Prior to joining Guaranteed Rate, Whitney held several leadership roles in Financial Services including SVP, Strategic Risk (Northern Trust); Director, Financial Services Advisory (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Six Sigma Black Belt (GE Capital Consumer Finance).
Whitney earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as Captain, US Army before transitioning to a career in financial services.

Leslie Wyatt
Director of Regulatory Compliance

Leslie Wyatt is the Director of Regulatory Compliance at SoftPro. She began her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago, and joined SoftPro in 2002. She currently oversees the Compliance Department with her primary focus being on regulatory issues at the Federal, state and county levels.
Leslie is a member of the ALTA Implementation Task Force, the Title Action Network Steering Committee, the ALTA Government Affairs Committee, the ALTA Membership Committee, the ALTA Education Committee and the TLTA Federal Issues Committee. She has represented ALTA at a congressional briefing regarding the CFPB and the TRID changes. Leslie travels though out country speaking on our industry’s hot topics with a focus on regulatory and compliance. Leslie continuous to work with the CFPB on various projects regarding TRID, UCD, MISMO and other industry hot topics.
