Buyers sue for indemnification in waterfront easement dispute

When two New Hampshire homeowners purchased property near Lake Winnipesaukee, it included an easement to use a waterfront lot for boating and swimming. When the adjacent property owner brought a quiet title action claiming title to the shoreline frontage the homeowners used, the homeowners looked to their title insurer to indemnify them. When the title insurer denied the claim, the homeowners sued for declaratory judgment and breach of contract.
