More than 40 speakers will take the stage over three days this week at the 22nd National Settlement Services Summit (NS3) at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown in Kansas City, Mo. Nearly 550 attendees will hear from them during 20 sessions.
Zach Ipour, co-founder of Megatel Homes and MegPrime, will kick off NS3 on Tuesday, May 19, with a presentation moderated by Sterbcow Law Group Managing Attorney Marx Sterbcow on how his companies are applying cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to today’s real estate transactions, including tokenized assets, crypto-backed purchases and emerging payment models.
Other sessions planned for Tuesday include “Operational AI: Where Strategy Becomes Execution,” “The National Impact: State Level Changes Impacting the Industry,” “Competitive Strategies to Strengthen Market Position,” and a series of “Tech Tools for Tomorrow” presentations. The day concludes with the Make a Child Smile community outreach event and Welcome Happy Hour. New this year is a reception for those attending NS3 for the first time.
Wednesday has a full slate of sessions, including a presentation from First Lady of Sales Dr. Cindy McGovern of Orange Leaf Consulting about how top producers can build a strategy for growth, shifting from transactional selling to a more modern, relationship-driven model. That is followed by a Power Hour on the Exhibitor Floor with Mimosas and Bloody Marys, where attendees can network with more than 50 solution providers while enjoying a refreshment.
Attendees can then choose to attend presentations on one of four tracks: Policy in Practice, Resilience by Design, Aligned in Action or Innovation by Intent. Those sessions include the popular Technology Forum and Meet Your Regulators, which invites attendees to connect with industry regulators and advocates in an informal setting. Then, head to the Networking Reception at KC Current Women’s Soccer Stadium right on the Missouri River for beautiful views and refreshments, as well as a chance to take a behind-the-scenes tour of the world’s first stadium built for a professional women’s sports team.
Thursday begins with the Women’s Leadership Breakfast (preregistration required) and features a series of sessions on innovation, including “The Referral Equation: What Lenders, Homebuilders and Consumers Expect Today,” “Understanding What the World Will Look Like: AI & The Future of Title” and “Turning Metrics into Moves.”
On-site registration remains available.
