An Ohio property that was mistitled in 2019 kicked off a long-term dispute between the title company, real estate investment firm and individuals involved in the sale. Following a trial court decision that denied motions for summary judgment, the Ohio Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, of Cuyahoga County, took on the case and levied multiple reversals.
