Why Use RSS?
1. Stay informed by automatically retrieving summaries of new content, such as news stories, from the sites that you are most interested in.
2. You save time by not having to visit each site on an individual basis.
3. You no longer have to subscribe to email newsletters to receive updates from the websites you are interested in. You control which feeds you recieve.
How Can You Use RSS?

To subscribe to our RSS Feed, click on the RSS button for the feed you want and then copy the link in your browser's address bar from the resulting page. You will then need to paste this link into your RSS Reader software. If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0 or Mozilla FireFox 2.0 simply click on the RSS button and the news headlines will display in your browser. Once your browser has displayed the headlines it will present you with an easy way to subscribe to the feed so it is always just a click away from within your browser.
