Effective Sept. 1, examination delivery services for the Idaho Department of Insurance’s (DOI) regulatory licensing program will be administered by Pearson VUE, a computer-based certification and licensure exam delivery provider.
“We are confident that Pearson VUE’s deep understanding of the regulatory environment, their dedicated customer service, as well as their network of test centers and supporting test security features will support our objective of providing world-class regulatory licensing services,” DOI Director Dean Cameron said.
The Idaho Department of Insurance selected Pearson VUE to provide in-person test delivery services for all its regulatory licenses, including examinations for:
- Accident and health or sickness producer - state, national, and combo.
- Bail bond agents.
- Casualty producer - state, national, and combo.
- Independent adjuster.
- Life producer - state, national, and combo.
- Personal lines producer - state, national, and combo.
- Property producer - state, national, and combo.
- Public adjuster.
- Surety producer.

To support the Idaho Department of Insurance’s regulatory licensing program, candidates will be able to schedule their examinations at one of the Pearson VUE examination centers in:
- Boise (four locations).
- Nampa.
- Twin Falls.
- Pocatello (three locations).
- Idaho Falls.
- Lewiston.
- Coeur d’Alene.
- Spokane Valley, Wash (two locations)
- Logan, Utah,
