When two parties dissolved their joint business venture, one party demanded the other pay for allegedly collected receivables It was owed. The other party demanded it be reimbursed for taxes the joint venture paid on the other party’s behalf. One party filed suit, recording lis pendens on the other party’s owner’s property.
