Jim Campbell
CEO
Title Alliance
Jim Campbell, Chief Executive Officer for Title Alliance, has spent the last 20 years of his career navigating the world of Affiliated Business Arrangements in the title and escrow space. A once Pennsylvania and East Coast based company with locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida and Indiana expanded in 2015 to build a West Coast Division. The company now has a second headquarters in Phoenix with offices in Arizona, New Mexico, Washington and Nevada. Working as a servant leader, Jim is often found spending days with his team members in all 9 states in which Title Alliance operates. Always an entrepreneur, his first job was secured at age 5 when he sold the display gifts in a school fundraising drive. After such, he and his friends took a job at a local pizza shop folding boxes. It was in that career he learned the importance of negotiating before a job begins as their payment was a t-shirt. Since then, Jim has held roles in all aspects of business including accounting, marketing, sales and customer development. He has a BS in Business Administration from Widener University and was a student in the John Maxwell Group. He successfully completed both Dale Carnegie’s Effective Communication and Human Resources Courses as a student a Graduate Assistant. When not working with partnerships and building his team, Jim can be found just about anywhere outdoors. He is an avid traveler and has visited 37 of the 50 US States. His favorite pastime is fishing and he is hopeful that in 2024 he will finally catch a blue marlin.
