Ryan E. Anderson is a Founding Partner with Anderson|Biro, LLC, a Cleveland, Ohio based Executive Search Firm. Prior to the 2007 formation of Anderson|Biro, Ryan served as a Director with the retained recruiting Firm, AHRA, Ltd.
Ryan currently serves on the Management & Human Resources advisory committee with John Carroll University's Boler School of Business. He has previously served on the Board of Directors with Open Doors Academy, an extended learning academy focused on Cleveland’s at-risk youth and is also a Past President of The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, one of the country’s largest nonprofit, young professional organizations. Ryan is a recipient of Crain’s Cleveland Business “Twenty in their 20’s” and more recently the SME, “Distinguished Marketing & Sales Award” and also the “Movers and Shakers” award for combined service in the community and performance in the business sector.
Ryan is a Lakewood, New York native and a graduate of John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. He and his wife and three children reside on Cleveland’s West side.

Deborah Higgins joined Realogy Title Group, part of the Realogy family of businesses, in 2009 as senior vice president for human resources. In her role, she is responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy forward- which includes building talent capability, diversity, equity and inclusion, driving culture and developing functional excellence. She is a member of Realogy’s Human Resource Leadership Team.
Before joining Realogy Title Group, Deborah was senior vice president of human resources for Finlay Fine Jewelry for 12 years, where she drove company-wide best practice initiatives in recruitment and retention programs, merger transitions, performance management programs, employee relations, compensation and reward programs, among others. Her earlier corporate experience includes stints with Lechters as director of Human Resources, and Macy’s East, where she spent 11 years in numerous positions of increasing responsibility within human resources.
Deborah is a graduate of Rider University, she and her partner Stuart split their time between the greater Tampa, Florida area and Solomon’s Island, Maryland.

Leslie Wyatt
Director of Regulatory Compliance

Leslie Wyatt is the Director of Regulatory Compliance at SoftPro. She began her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago, and joined SoftPro in 2002. She currently oversees the Compliance Department with her primary focus being on regulatory issues at the Federal, state and county levels.
Leslie is a member of the ALTA Implementation Task Force, the Title Action Network Steering Committee, the ALTA Government Affairs Committee, the ALTA Membership Committee, the ALTA Education Committee and the TLTA Federal Issues Committee. She has represented ALTA at a congressional briefing regarding the CFPB and the TRID changes. Leslie travels though out country speaking on our industry’s hot topics with a focus on regulatory and compliance. Leslie continuous to work with the CFPB on various projects regarding TRID, UCD, MISMO and other industry hot topics.
