Jon Biggs oversees risk management functions related to Investors Title’s approved provider system. In this role, he oversees the approval process, develops educational seminars and communications-based initiatives involving approved providers and agents, and manages provider data and analysis related to the company's risk management efforts. Prior to joining Investors Title in 2012, he was partner at a firm in Durham, North Carolina where he practiced residential and commercial real estate law for more than 20 years. Mr. Biggs holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Lindsay serves as a vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team and practices in Dallas. Lindsay has extensive experience managing responses to data privacy and security incidents for organizations of all sizes across all business sectors. She has unique experience managing incidents subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act) as well as substantial experience assisting clients with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). In addition, she is uniquely positioned to gauge third-party liability, having served as a trial attorney for more than 15 years before beginning to manage responses to data privacy and security incidents. In helping clients mitigate the risk of that liability, she regularly facilitates training and workshops on data security. Lindsay holds the U.S. Certified Information Privacy Professional for United States law (CIPP/US) credential and is a recognized leader in the cyber risk management industry, serving on the Advisory Board for Advisen Cyber Risk Insights Conferences. She also regularly serves as a featured speaker on topics related to cyber insurance, cyber risk mitigation, and data privacy regulation.

Jewel Quintyne is a real estate attorney licensed in New York, Georgia, and Alabama. Her background in the Title & Escrow industry spans the local, regional, and national levels. At Qualia, Jewel acts as a senior member of the Professional Services team, consulting with title & escrow companies of all sizes, models, and geographical regions in the U.S. on operational efficiency, process and reporting design, change management, and expansion-related projects. Prior to joining Qualia, Jewel assisted with JV clients at the real estate law offices of McMichael & Gray. She was also integral to Opendoor’s south eastern expansion, both in its operational development and subsequent management.
