‘MV Realty Bill’ goes to Wisconsin governor’s desk

A bill dubbed the “MV Realty Bill,” intended to prevent the recording of “non-improvement contracts” in real property records and improve processes for responding to predatory business practices, passed both chambers of the Wisconsin legislature.
