Homeowners sue title insurer for closing without proper liability coverage

Homeowners sued their title insurer along with their liability insurer, arguing the title insurer failed to ensure they had proper liability coverage before conducting the closing. The title insurer, as well as the liability insurer, moved to dismiss the suit.
