Sabrina Bier

Sabrina joined Proper Title after a decade as a top-producing Realtor to bridge the gap between real estate agents (and/or attorney agents) and title insurance through education and digital media. We often say, “Sabrina speaks and thinks Realtor”. This dual insight allows Sabrina to craft exceptional educational programs that speak to all real estate professionals. As both a licensed CE instructor and a CLE instructor, she creates weekly classes that consistently draw large attendees due to her constantly pursuing valuable, relevant, and timely industry topics.\

In 2020, Sabrina took her entire educational platform from 100% in-person to 100% online. She created a show, “Virtual Real Estate Chats” and hosted an entire new digital library of live interviews and recorded educational trainings. She also embraced a new social audio platform, Clubhouse, where she hosts weekly industry discussions.

Education is only half of Sabrina’s role at Proper Title. She is also focused on instilling in her clients the importance of the art of networking and the use of basic marketing to cultivate and retain relationships to help grow our clients’ businesses and brand. Sabrina maintains her message that marketing and networking success can only be met by mixing both “old school” and “new school” techniques.

Wayne Stanley
Owner and Chief Inspiration Officer

Wayne M. Stanley is the owner of Bowe Digital, a marketing agency specializing in small businesses, based in Indiana with hundreds of clients all around the United States.

Wayne started Bowe Digital to provide marketing services to small businesses that needed innovative marketing content without breaking the budget. Under Wayne’s direction, Bowe Digital proudly services businesses of all shapes and sizes with branding, superior content, custom social media engagement, website creation and much more.

Prior to founding Bowe Digital, Wayne worked at the American Land Association (ALTA) in Washington, D.C. While at ALTA, he helped to develop the Homeowner Outreach Program (HOP), ALTA’s education and marketing initiative to increase industry awareness. Wayne was also instrumental in the growth of the Title Action Network and ALTA’s social media presence. As a testament to Wayne’s innovative ideas, he was named a Top Association Innovator in Washington, D.C., by BizNow.

Wayne got his start in marketing and communications after college a staffer for Senator Richard G. Lugar in the United States Senate. He served as a communications director and deputy campaign manager making a name for himself on Capitol Hill as the first office to ever launch new legislation on Facebook via livesteam.
