Jim O'Donnell

Jim O'Donnell
President
Equity National Title

Jim's been at the helm for over 30 years. He graduated with a B.A. in English from Rhode Island College and went on to law school at Suffolk University. Before coming on board at Equity, he worked in customer service and sales capacities and spent 8 years in local politics and city government.

The most important aspect of Jim's day is investing in our people and their development. The result is a unique culture of engaged employees who truly care for and connect with customers.

Jim sees himself as a servant leader who enriches the lives of those with whom he interacts and enhances the work in which he's involved. He loves to solve vexing problems in collaboration with others, and in particular, with customers. Jim enjoys coming alongside smart and creative people who bring different perspectives and ideas from other industries to help stir the imagination and collaboratively solve perplexing issues.

When Jim isn't busy heading up Equity National Title, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has four children, all of whom have finished school and well employed (he likes to say ‘off the payroll’) and one grandson.
