The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance issued a bulletin regarding the war in Ukraine and its impact on department regulated entities. New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy directed the department to issue the bulletin requiring regulated entities to fully comply with the United States sanctions on the Russian Federation and Belarus, as well as with New Jersey laws and regulations and federal laws and regulations.
