The Utah Insurance Department issued Bulletin 2024-11, Filing a Complaint Against Another Title Licensee, requiring documentation and evidence to investigate complaints against other licensees.
The bulletin states, “Effective immediately, a title licensee’s complaint against another title licensee shall be submitted to the insurance department by filing a completed title licensee complaint form. The form can be found on the department’s website.”
It requires the form be fully completed and include documentation to support the complaint’s allegations. It notes the department cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information submitted.
