Holder of deed of trust sues insurer, parent company for breach of contract

After another party purchased property in Sparks, Nev., at a HOA foreclosure sale, the holder of the deed of trust filed a claim under its title policy. The insurer denied coverage because the lender failed to tender the claim prior to the completion of the HOA lien foreclosure. The deed of trust was assigned to another party and the purchaser of the HOA lien filed a quiet title action against the holder of the deed of trust. The holder of the deed of trust then filed suit against the title insurer.
