Connecticut appellate court determines standing in adverse possession case

When the administrator of an estate filed an adverse possession case for a strip of property adjacent to that owned by the decedent and used by the decedent and his successors in interest for 15 years, the defendant moved to dismiss the case because the administrator lacked standing. It argued only the trustees of the trust in which the property was placed could bring such a suit.
