Property owner sues for fraudulent claim foreclosure

The inherited owner of property in Arizona filed suit against a bank and underwriter, alleging they were pursuing a fraudulent claim as a deed of trust to claim a debt which never occurred and requested a cease and desist order and a temporary restraining order to halt foreclosure. The defendants moved the case to federal court. One defendant moved to strike affidavits of service and the other moved to quash.
