The California Privacy Protection Agency wrote a letter to U.S. House leadership voicing its opposition to H.R. 8152, the American Data Privacy and Protection Act (ADPPA), arguing it will remove protections and weaken the privacy Californians currently have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
