After receiving notice of a non-judicial foreclosure and notice of trustee’s sale, the buyer of property in Seattle filed suit against the lender and lender’s counsel, alleging that the lender structured the loan improperly, making some of the terms illegal and that the lender accelerated the loan, increased the interest rate, and carried out wrongful non-judicial foreclosure of the property.
