Adeptive has partnered with Signature Closers in order to enhance its capabilities and further serve its customers through its ResWare platform.

Signature Closers provides title companies with closing transaction support in both the residential and commercial markets. The partnership allows users of ResWare to post signing requests to Signature Closers in an automated fashion.

“Facilitating this process with Signature Closers will greatly benefit our customers and we are pleased to be working with them,” stated Bryan Buus, president of Adeptive.

Using the services already included with ResWare, customers save time, reduce keystrokes and eliminate potential re-keying mistakes. Additionally, any signing updates will automatically appear in the request on the Signature Closers site, so both parties are dealing with the latest information. Adeptive said configuration and training can be accomplished within a day at no cost to the customer and no downtime is required.

“ResWare promotes integration among industry leaders thanks to its robust technology platform and top-notch staff,” said Chris Schapman, vice president of technology and operations for Signature Closers. “We’re excited to be integrated and able to provide our clients with a streamlined signing request process. Through integration, our clients save time and know their requests are being managed by our quality signing agent network.”
