Title Alliance, a joint ventured title insurance agency, appointed Erika Madden as director of sales and marketing for Greater Maryland Title. She will assist with real estate related legal questions to conduct closings, teach classes and lead lunch and learns while keeping their clients abreast of industry/legal updates.
“I have always felt at home with the agents in Keller Williams Realty Centre,” Madden said in a news release. “I really value the clients and strive to perform with a superior level of service on each of their transactions. I value protecting the image and reputation of the agents who work with us, and I want their clients’ to have the very best experiences possible.”
Madden, a partner at the law firm, Yungmann and Madden, LLP, is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. She is an active member of the Howard County community and real estate community, she is a member of the current Leadership Howard County class and is on Howard County’s Junior Achievement Board of Directors and the Howard County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Board. In addition, she has served for the last nine years on the education and legislative committees with the Howard County Association of Realtors. She is also an instructor of CE for the Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR).
