Professional Lien Search (PLS), a property intelligence company, announced it welcomed a new member to its account executive team.
Daniel Healy, a graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF), comes to them from a position as an account executive at UPS. During his time there he received extensive sales training, and managed several large accounts in South Florida. Before that, he represented Konica Minolta Business Solutions in Florida and Virginia.
As a student, Healy was part of the UCF Professional Selling Program, which has gained national recognition for being on a top college sales program.
“With his knowledge and experience in customer service, Dan is a perfect fit for our team,” PLS Chief Operations Officer Haley Bergamo said.
PLS works with real estate and closing professionals to provide property intelligence in the form of municipal lien searches and association estoppels, and most recently started offering permit resolution to help clients fix permit issues before closing.
Healy says he was attracted to Professional Lien Search because the company is growing steadily and he wants to help the innovative company continue to change the face of the industry.
“At the core, Professional Lien Search is helping people with the biggest transaction of their life. I’m excited to be part of that,” Healy said.
Healy is one of five account executives who cover the entire state. Each client is assigned to an account executive so they get the most comprehensive service in the industry, the company said.
