Employees completed 49 surveys, resulting in a 95 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 98.00. According to these surveys, 98 percent of the company’s employees feel they are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life, and 96 per cent say they are proud to tell others they work at Alliant National.
