NextAce announced its customer advocate team is a Finalist in the “Customer Service Department of the Year” category, part of the 10th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The NextAce team will learn its placement status as a Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie Award winner at an awards banquet in Las Vegas on March 4, 2016.
As the voice of the client, the NextAce Customer Advocate Team interfaces with all functions within NextAce to represent the company’s title industry customers. The team also helps potential customers with their decision-making process, beginning with an initial phase of business development through to post-integration of the customer’s daily production on the NextAce Title EDGE platform.
“The team is integral to developing a customized Title EDGE implementation for every NextAce customer,” NextAce Chief Operating Officer Bill Dochterman said. “These title production subject matter experts understand the complexities of their customers’ businesses. They are committed to helping automate and improve manual processes to result in increased productivity and improved workflow for every customer.”
“We are very proud of our team for their performance during this past year” said NextAce CEO Don Cantral. “Their efforts saved our newest customers nearly $4 million in operating costs and increased the speed at which our customers are able to do business.”
According to the president and founder of the Stevie Awards, Michael Gallagher, “The sheer number of nominations is matched by the increasing quality of those nominations. We congratulate all of this year’s Finalists and wish them well in the next phase of judging.”
More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 115 professionals worldwide, who served as preliminary judges.
