RedVision, an independent nationwide provider of real property title data, search and curative examination solutions, appointed two industry veterans to key leadership positions. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Holder joined RedVision in 2012 as vice president for the mid-Atlantic region. “Amy Holder is a proven leader with deep industry expertise, client relations and a strong track record in the title industry, and more specifically, in New Jersey,” says Leanne Zinn-Cox, executive vice president of sales and marketing. “Her domain knowledge and customer-centric focus ensure that RedVision’s solutions will continue to set the industry standard for title production.”
James Sandifer, former production center manager for national production services at First American Title Insurance Company, Inc., has extensive experience and knowledge of real estate research and title production processes. Sandifer is responsible for directing the operation of RedVision’s southeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
“Sandifer’s career includes over 25 years in the real estate market place. He brings a diverse background of business development, customer management and operations focused in the title industry,” President Michael Carus says. “I am confident that his leadership and insights will continue to enhance RedVision’s strategic operational excellence.”
With nearly 25 years of industry experience, Holder previously worked for Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., where she represented more than 85 title agencies throughout New Jersey and was responsible for auditing, vertical sales and increasing market share. Previously, Holder was senior vice president of marketing and sales for Signature Information Solutions and regional vice president at Data Trace for New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a past president of the New Jersey Land Title Association (NJLTA) and served as an officer to the association from 2009 to 2012.
A title research professional with more than 25 years of experience with real estate research and title production process, and extensive knowledge of real estate transactions and court house functions, Sandifer spent nearly 10 years in national production services at First American Title Insurance Company, Inc., in Largo, Fla., most recently as production center manager. Prior to that he served in various operational capacities for abstracting firms since 1989.
