LenderLive Network Inc., a domestic-based end-to-end mortgage services provider, appointed Lorie Helms chief information officer. She will report directly to CEO Rick Seehausen.
In this position, Helms will lead and manage LenderLive’s IT infrastructure, network and data security and will provide oversight for corporate and divisional application development. She brings more than 17 years of technology management experience and innovation. Most recently, she was chief technology officer for Stewart Lender Services (formerly Allonhill).
At Stewart, her responsibilities included oversight of application development, reporting and analytics, project management, deal implementation, infrastructure and the help desk. In 2013, she was selected as a finalist for the Denver Business Journal’s CIO of the Year Award.
Previously, Helps was vice president of information development at Avelo Mortgage an director of development at Optum, Inc. She received dual bachelor’s degrees from Duke University in electrical engineering and biomedical engineering.
