The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued a final rule moving the effective date of the Know Before You Owe mortgage disclosure rule, also called the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures rule, to Oct. 3, 2015. Absent from that final rule was any provision regarding delayed enforcement or any number of changes industry members requested in the comments. Read on for more details.
