Homeowner tries to be indemnified after settlement agreement

A California homeowner who had resolved issues surrounding a sewer line that ran through his property by reaching a settlement with his title insurer tried to get the insurer to indemnify him against a suit his neighbor brought against him regarding the sewer line.
