Hillsborough Title Co. has added a valuable resource to their staff through the acquisition of South Tampa real estate attorney, James Holloway. Holloway will oversee legal services on behalf of Hillsborough Title.

“We’re incredibly excited to now offer in-house legal counsel as part of our service offerings,” stated Aaron Davis, president of Hillsborough Title. “Jim will quickly become a vital asset through his focus on commercial closings, commercial lender services, contract review and preparation, custom escrow agreements, short sale negotiations, and other legal services. This is a resource we’ve sought for some time, but wanted to wait for the right person to become available. We’re quite pleased to add Jim to our team.”

Holloway is a native of Gainesville, Fla., and a 1994 graduate of the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. Prior to joining the Hillsborough Title team, Holloway served as in-house counsel for the past seven years for another local title agency.

Founded in 1984, Hillsborough Title is a locally owned and operated full service title agency with seven offices throughout Tampa Bay, including Plant City, Brandon, South Tampa, South Shore, St. Petersburg, New Tampa, and their newest location in Carrollwood. A leader in the industry and a staple in the Real Estate communities of greater Tampa Bay, Hillsborough Title is best known for providing clients with outstanding service and a stress free closing process.
