Excitement is growing for the 2012 National Settlement Services and Compliance Summit, and October Research is pleased to announce that Early Bird prices remain open this week for all those registering for the Summit. But title and settlement services professionals wishing to benefit from this special Summit rate must do so by March 31.

For eight consecutive years, the Summit has expertly fused regulatory education with sales development in the settlement services space and has become the premier event in the title insurance industry. This year’s Summit, which will take place June 12-13 at the downtown Marriott at Key Center in Cleveland, Ohio, is expected to attract more than 400 professionals from across the country.

With a solid agenda at its core, the 2012 Summit has already drawn in numerous, high-profile attendees, nearly 30 elite sponsors and more than 30 top-rated speakers. Registration information, as well as the full agenda, travel accommodations, networking opportunities and sponsor information can be found at www.OctoberResearch.com/Summit.

“The 2012 Summit is shaping up to be one of the finest events in October Research’s notable history,” said Syndie Eardly, editorial director of October Research. “The business and compliance sessions coordinate well with this year’s conference theme, Make Your Move, and many industry professionals attending past Summits are returning this year to benefit from the educational and business development opportunities that will give them the tools and connections they need to make their next move with a clear vision. It will surely be a spectacular event for title and settlement services professionals nationwide.”

The Summit features the industry’s most extensive face-to-face networking — a large part of which takes place at the increasingly popular Editors’ Reception and ever-dynamic Opening Night Reception. The Opening Night Reception has been rated best networking event in the title insurance industry, and year after year it continues to be the #1 hot spot for attendees to network with top notch title professionals from all over the country. This year’s event will be held June 12 at 5:30 p.m. and will feature casino-style table games, great prizes and award-winning cuisine and cocktails at downtown Cleveland’s Morton’s: The Steakhouse.

New this year at the Summit is the unveiling of the Joe Casa Awards and the announcement of the first annual Joe Casa Award winners. The Joe Casa Awards for Leadership, Innovation and Philanthropy were named after the late founder of October Research. These prestigious awards will recognize the highest standard of professional achievement in the settlement services industries and will be presented to the winners during the Summit. Nominations are being accepted until March 31 and are open to anyone with a track record of accomplishment in the mortgage and settlement services industry.

For Summit sponsorship opportunities, call Glen Stout at (330) 659-6101, ext. 6556.
